Arbonne has been around since 1980, after Petter Mrck, together with a group of leading bio-chemists, biologists and herbalists, fulfilled his vision and founded Arbonne. Since then Arboone has grown and is shared throughout the world by Arbonne's network of Independent Consultants. Arbonne markets an exclusive line of premium quality skin care, cosmetics, health and wellness products based on botanical principles. To become a consultant you must first invest $29., this authorizes you to begin marketing their products. It also allows you to receive a 35% discount off the suggested retail price of all Arbonne products. As a consultant you can order what is known as a Right Start Value Kit. You get this kit at a $700 suggested retail price for only $350. This allows you to purchase the products for wholesale prices and sell the products to your customers for retail prices. In order to receive commissions and bonuses you will need to order $100 worth of products a month. You would order products you or your family would need anyway, so it's not like they go to waste. As a consultant, you can also qualify to earn overrides on your organization immediately. You can recruit people into your organization or downline to receive a 4% override off their orders. If you and your downline maintain $100. each for your monthly subscrition, you would earn 4% of $100 or $4 each month. If you have 10 of your own active downline that's $40 a month, 100 would be $400. a month. So, you can make quite a nice sum of money as you continue to grow. Now if your recruit purchases a Right Start Value Kit, you earn $50 in commission. With 10 recruits who purchase the kit that's $500 in commissions. So again, that's quite a nice sum of money. To receive more from the compensation plan and earn additional overrides and bonuses you and your downline would have to sell more. There are many more positions offered to you if you qualify for them. Some distributors fail to achieve their goals not only in Arbonne but in many network marketing companies, because if they are not doing well selling their products and then have to spend $100 a month to keep themselves active, they eventually end up quitting. I believe no one compensation is bad, it all depends on what it offers and if you like it. Whatever business you chose to grab on to, to make the money your looking for, also depends on how well you can market it. Most people who end up quitting really do not know the right way to market and if you don't know how, you must learn.
