Team building has become a major force on the net lately, and as I proposed this concept to someone over 6 years ago, it is intriguing to say the least.
There is still one important element missing in my opinion. I feel for it to really be a team effort, all team members should have a vote on what programs to join with the programs coming from suggestions from the members.
After watching the growth of these teams, seeing their successes, and failures there is finally only one I think has got it right.
The team building project is truely going to be a team effort, and will be closing when the membership reaches 10,000 members they are half way there.
The beauty of this is...if you have the leverage of a whole team behind you with everyone joining at once the multiple streams of income will fly, and all team members will get into profit right away. With one program on perpetual earning it would free up time for other enterprises you are involved in.
