It also happened to me again and again and sometimes it was some time later, after having suscribed somewhere and after having been redirected (with links to klick on) to several level of offers - a technique where you may loose the record of the path you went... and you land in such a situation where nothing is delivered and a clear idea where to ask a refund is almost impossible...
