World Human Rights Council is founded on the Declaration’s 65th anniversary, in the face of continued worldwide abuses which violate the spirit, intent and Articles of this charter of all human rights, the first such document ever ratified by the community of nations. The Declaration contains the thirty rights that together form the basis of a civilization where in all people can enjoy the freedoms to which they are entitled, and nations can coexist in peace.
To organize, promote, undertake, sponsor, carry out allprogrammers for the benefit of people irrespective of caste, creed, color, sex, religion and culture
PRINCIPAL

· To be a cooperative mechanism based on objective and reliable information and on interactive dialogue.
· To ensure universal coverage and equal treatment of every one.
· To be a part of intergovernmental process, United Nations Member-driven and action-oriented
· To be conducted in an objective,transparent, non-selective, constructive, non-confrontational & non-politicized manner
· Council’s capacity building to respond to urgent human rights situations.
· Fully integrate a gender perspective
