THE OPEN MINDED Chess Players Club Rules and Membership Guidelines
Welcome in our “THE OPEN MINDED Chess Players Club”! We are making sports members and giving them an opportunity to make a suitable Chess partner and accommodation for them. Play Chess and Enjoy snacks with your Chess Partner. We are providing Secure and pleasant environment for your Chess playing privacy and enjoyment. A pleasant music always plays for your good times.
- Age Restrictions:
18-35 years old pairs/couples only.
- Entry Process:
Come both partners with 4 recent PP size photos, and two deferent type of legal photo/Address IDs (preferred as government issued Passport, Ration Card with Photos, Job ID Card, Student ID card with PAN card is necessary for 50% tax benefits) with full currant Address with two other Person’s references. Entries are for couples/pairs only. No matters if pair is male-female or two females will also come as a pair. Male-male couple/pair has been charged as two separate entries.
Warnings:
We will keep all your identities from everyone Secret, until you would not break our rules after first warning. A mark will be made in your ID and in your A/C, if you done any chargeable mistake first time. Next time you will be on Police Station. No any law restricted nudity allowed or any illegal activity as fighting, Gambling, betting, staring to other members continuously, eve teasing in club with other members will be charged as a big fine as INR 10,000/- if no harm done with club’s property, We will report it at police at second mistake. Sex Workers are not allowed to entry in Club. Please do your business elsewhere. Members which are found in illegal sexual acts doing with club inside or outside will be result in termination of their membership and all future entries will be blocked and we will be take legal action (if any).
- Noble Policy
Please be a gentleman or gentle lady in our sports Club. Make this Club pure, gentle, neat and clean. Respect others privacy, beliefs and their feelings. Don’t hesitate if you not wining in starting, Practice can be make you perfect in Chess!
- Basic maintenance/accommodation/rent fee (in advance) options as Member registration:
1. INR 10,000/- One time initial Entry fee (Not refundable)
2. INR 5,000/- for 30 days@ free 1 hour per day (INR 100/- will be charged extra for every extra 60 minutes or less)
3. INR 1,500/- for 7 days@ free 1 hour per day (INR 100/- will be charged extra for every extra 60 minutes or less)
4. INR 500/- for every 60 minutes (if you are not weekly or monthly member)
Single female couple/pair (not lesbians) Entry is FREE!*
*(Initial Security money will be required to be deposited by all girls as INR 5000/- will be refundable after deducting 10% Service tax with PAN Card and 20% Possessing Fee and if any other charges she made in club or as their entry registration on time at deregister. If both girls are in a mutual relationship, are chargeable as boys who will be must to be mention in entry form. However, fee can pay by any one member of a female pair. Any wrong information will be result as termination of membership and forfeit deposited security amount.)
IMPORTANT NOTE (Apply for girls only): Minimum Time for deregistration is after 30 days from the entry date. Single Girls/Couple/Pair who will be deregister after first 30 days their 50% security Fund will be forfeit as a penalty. After 60 days deregistration, refund will be processed as above.
