Building QuikConsult was a challenge from the very beginning. Firstly, we needed to build a platform that was highly secure and can facilitate consultation through chat. This took a lot of time and investment. The second biggest challenge was to build the initial base of consultants. It was an uphill task that took efforts in personal reach and branding.
