To enhance the women empowerment programs, he provides 5000 rupees on the birth of girl children in poor families. He provides support for marriage of children from impoverished families who cannot afford the marriage expenses. He also provides full support in girl marriage by providing necessary things for marriage like ornaments, dresses, materials for holy rituals, etc.Pawan Goyal provides financial as well as moral support in mass wedding events of Hindu and Muslim communities. He actively participates and provides support in religious works or events of all religions. He has been organizing the medical camp in slum areas of Vidhyadhar Nagar on every Sunday for 8 years and provides free medicines. With the efforts of Pawan Goyal blood donation camps are being organized regularly at Maharaja Agrasen hospital located in Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur.
