Little Red Dot Florist started because of an experience that our co-founder, Alex Chia faced.One day, while he was shopping online for a reliable florist to buy flowers for his wife Diana, he realized that there were tons of choices to choose from.
After selecting extremely beautiful flowers as shown on a florist’s website, he decided to go for it.
The results?
It was shocking.
What was shown on the photographs of the florist’s website was completely different from what was delivered.
Diana was not pleased with the flowers either.
Frustrated with this experience, Alex decided that he wanted to change how the flowers’ industry operates.
He wanted to create an experience for flowers that was never seen before.
Flowers with exceptional quality, excellent customer service and prompt delivery are the few values we live by.
Thus, Little Red Dot Florist was born.
