Know Your Automatic Screw Feeder

A screw feeder is used to arrange screws to place them in a line which will work efficiency. This is widely used in electronic industry. Different specifications of screws can be used in one machine. Automatic screw feeders are very useful with its many types of machines.

The NS Series Quicher Screw Feeder has got replaceable rails and can be used for many kinds of special screws. The machine is set in a horizontal sequence which reduces the rubbing between screws. The screws that can be used in this can be up to a maximum length of 20mm. It has two models namely NSB Series Automatic type and NSR Series Automatic type. The former weighs 2.92 kg and the latter weighs 3.01 kg. It has power protection to protect the operating circuit. The screws applicable are 1, 1.2, 1.4, 1.7, 2, 2.3, 2.6 and 3mm. It has eight replaceable rails between M1.0 and M3.0.

ESB Series Automatic Screw Feeder can be used for 8 types and sizes of screws. This machine has easy method to replace the rails. It comes with an amplitude adjustment which can be used to adjust the screw to desired amplitude. It does not have lateral excursion. It weighs about 2.9 kg with 80cc capacity and L shaped allenkey. The applicable rails are SR10, SR12, SR14, SR17, SR20, SR23, SR26 and SR30. The screws which can be used in ESB series automatic screw feeder are from 0 to 20mm in length. The power capacity is DC12 V/500mA. The applicable screws range between M1.0~M3.0.

TES Series Screw Feederis an Automatic Screw Feeder which can use special screws. It has an output speed of 2pieces of screws per second. It has an internal hexagonal wrench and an AC adapter (input 180~220V, output DC 12V).  The maximum screw length is 20mm which can be used in this automatic screw feeder. The input voltage is 220V. It weighs 1.5kg. Its dimension is 180mm*125mm*150mm.

800 Series Screw Feeder can have ferrous metal. This automatic screw feeder weighs 2.9kg and the rail range varies between 1.0mm and 5.0mm.  It has a continuous pick-up speed of 1.5s/piece.Its dimension is 123(W)*181(D)*145(H) mm. The four varieties are 800, 800-c, 801 and 801-c. The 801 type can feed thinner screws as compared to 800. 800-c and 801-c has tally function. The screw tally for 800-C & 801-C is 9999 pieces. The total tally for 800-C & 801-C is 9999*9999 pieces.
