As sellers and customers, we should know we have different attitude for the same products. As a T-shirt supplier in China for these years, I know the difference of it. Here I want to share some of my experiences for the trading with foreign customers for the t shirts business.

 

We should know the clients personal needs at first. The need to be understood is very important. Clients need to feel that they are communicating effectively and that you are listening to them, correctly interpreting what they are saying and the message they are sending. All of these needs should follow the customer’s heart. Emotions such as fear, anger, etc. can get in the way of accurate understanding.
