You Will Never Need to Use Public Transport Again!

The choice of mode of transport generally depends on two factors: comfort and money. Between 2001 and 2011, two wheeler ownership has more than doubled in India, as per the 2015 Transport Scenario Report by UNEP. One reason for this could be the low expenditure involved, as compared to a car, but another reason could be that using public transport can get fairly inconvenient.
Public Transport Can be a Pain!
There are various shortcomings of transport that is shared by the public:
- Schedules and delay: All the common means of transport run around a particular schedule. This means that in order to reach anywhere, you need to plan out your travel as per the timings of the bus or train. Moreover, even if the transport is scheduled for a specific time, there are high chances that they will be running late, which means that the surety of arriving at a particular time may become impossible. You will have to account for such delays and maybe start out much earlier than you would otherwise have and this increases the amount of time wasted in travel.
- Privacy Lost: Since you are on board with a lot of people, there is no way you will get a private area, everything remains under public supervision.
- Chance Seating: Getting a seat is a gamble. The more aggressive you are at grabbing one, the higher the chances of securing a seat. Otherwise, you will have to travel standing the whole way, being pushed and jostled through the journey.
- No Last Mile Connectivity: Transport meant for public use is always located at a designated majority based central location. Your destination might still be far off from these stops. In such cases, you will have to look for another means of transport from the stop to your destination.
- Security: In public transport, you are in charge of your own safety. You need to make sure that your belongings are safe and secure despite the crowd traveling with you.
Why Not Get Your Own Bike?
Opting for transport like taxis and autos means that you still have to bear the high tariff on a daily basis. To avoid all these problems, purchasing a two wheeler could be a good option. Not only is it comfortable to ride for shorter distances but also helps in maneuvering easily through heavy traffic, thereby reducing travel time.
Unlike a four wheeler, which may cost you a fortune, with a two wheeler loan in India, you can further cut down costs of buying yourself a bike or scooter. Other useful features that make these loans attractive are:
- The two wheeler vehicle credit terms are flexible, ranging from one to even five years.
- Minimum documentation is needed and the processing is completed in as little as two days.
- You can opt for secured or unsecured loans, as per your convenience. Secured loans carry comparatively lower interest rates.
You can make your purchase even more cost effective by availing great deals during festive season sales!
