WORKOUTS FOR GYM BEGINNERSby Swati Khandelwal Health And Fitness Writer At FITPAS
Everyone has to start somewhere and when it comes to gyms, working out with comfort in the gym is a great place to start for your health and fitness.
TIPS BEFOR JOINING GYMS: Firstly, you should set a goal as to what exactly do you want out of the gym? Secondly and most importantly keep in mind that 95% of the body is built in kitchen and only 5% is required. You should understand the concept of how muscles are built in gym before redirecting to the beginners schedule.
While you work out, no matter which work out you do, Strength defines the length up to which your body can sustain. Whatever your goal should be, may be your goal is to stay fit or weight gain with pumped up muscles, or building lean muscles throughout the body. Just start up on growing strength as the prime factor for beginners. You can subdivide them into 2 parts.
1.) Strengthening your heart
2.) Strengthening your arms and joints.
STRENGTHENING YOUR HEART: Cardio are a great way to strengthen your heart muscle and as a beginner you could start your day with 10 minutes the first day and increasing by 5 minutes every day and max 45 mins with a mixture of cardio exercises if you like variety. The reason why Strengthening of heart muscles is vital is to give you the extra mile without worming out to do supersets and lift more weight. The more oxygen you supply the more flexed, hungry your muscles will be.
STRENGTHENING YOUR ARMS AND JOINTS: After cardio and before doing free weights it's highly important that your joints and arms are well strengthened because one wrong posture could cause damage and no work out will work out without a good form. Lifting something is easy but how you lift those matters. Coming back to the point, right after finishing cardio give a 5 minutes break, drink a little water and do pull ups for your hands and back muscle, push ups for your shoulder and chest, chin ups for your shoulder and arm strength. Doing these everyday will strengthen your whole body and build stamina over time.
For beginners, should follow for two week keeping variation in sets and reps. Bodybuilding is an art and every art takes time. Keep a tab on your food intake.
