Workout Routine for Healthy Living and the Benefits of water

Our body needs a well panned workout routine and needs to receive the benefits of water.  Our body has more water than we think and that is two thirds and needs water as a nutrient in all body functions. Water transport nutrients inside the body and also helps in taking waste out of the body cells. Water is helping to digest and absorb food and nutrients, removes waste from the body and maintains body temp.  Drinking room temp water is good for a healthy life. They say you can live without food but not without water. Clean water is taken into the body, runs through and taken out to keep you healthy. When you are breathing you lose some water from your body. You need about 8 liters of water for a day.

Workout routine

A good workout routine is needed for a healthy life but can come down due to less water intake. When you drink lots of water it keeps you in good health. Drink room temp clean boiled and cooled water. Fruit juices, milk, and soft drinks can also help you for a good healthy life as they contain water. Fresh fruits and vegetables also have a good amount of water.  When you work on hot days, drink more room temp water to refresh you.  Drinking water before your workout routine is a good way to keep you healthy. Drink a glass or two of water before your morning milk, tea or coffee.

Benefits of water

Water is needed in your body for your workout routine as you wake up after 8 to 10 hours of sleep. You can enjoy the benefits of water before and after your workout and keep you healthy.  Thirst is not the way to find if you need water but your urine color will tell you best. If your urine is water color then your body water level is good but if it is yellow in color then you need the benefits of water. When you lack water you have headaches and your work output is slow. You need extra fluids when you sweat at that time take one glass of water with a little salt added.

Start your day with water and then go for your workout routine. Enjoy the benefits of water before you start the day.
