Once, the initial plan is put into action and as the project progresses, architects need to keep constant communication with the client regarding the schedule, the budget, the planning of the project. If they face any problem during ongoing construction, they need to inform their clients to resolve the issue.

Coordination with designing team

There are many commercial architects who work independently and carry out the development of design by themselves. However, some of the best commercial architects in Gurgaon and other parts of India work in coordination with structural engineers, heating and ventilating engineers, electrical and plumbing engineers, and even interior designers. The valuable inputs from all the specific departments in terms of designs help the commercial architect form a feasible plan. Once the plan is finalized, they need to procure estimated costs from different contractors and suppliers.

Execution of the project

There are many commercial architects in Noida and other parts of the country who does not limit their work by providing a plan based on clients requirement and helping them in choosing a contractor. Rather they work end to end which involves supervising the entire project till its completion. They prepare a schedule and monitor the progress of a project to ensure that it completes within time.
