With Aircraft Insurance Costs Increasing, Top Broker Breaks Down The Numbersby DAVIS BROWN PRC Agency
Corona, CA Release November 19, 2020.
BWI Aviation Insurance announces a new guide that breaks down aircraft insurance costs. There are many misconceptions about the cost of aircraft ownership that keeps many would be owners from making the leap.
The new guide can be found here: https://bwifly.com/aircraft-insurance/aircraft-insurance-costs-are-just-one-cost-to-consider-in-aircraft-ownership/
For many people outside of the aviation industry, they would assume that aircraft ownership is reserved for the millionaires and elite celebrities of the world. However, many are shocked to find out that they can own a plane for roughly the same costs as a luxury vehicle. Granted the ensuing costs and annual expenses add up to make it an expensive decision, but one that is entirely affordable for many middle class individuals and families.
In his latest writing BWI Aviation Insurance owner Matt White breaks down the full cost of aircraft ownership while highlighting that aviation insurance costs is just one of the expenses and by far not the largest.
He went on to explain that it is indeed important for potential owners to count the cost before making the purchase, but aviation insurance is one of the last expenses considered. “If they can afford to purchase outright or finance a plane and cover the annual operating costs, they can afford aviation insurance.” added White.
White explained that the cost of aviation insurance can vary from year to year as brokers like himself try to shop the best rates each year for their clients. He went on to clarify that because so much has been invested in the plane at the point of ownership, carrying the proper insurance coverage is a must-have for aircraft owners and more affordable than you may think. As more and more pilots take to the skies, it may become clear to many that private aircraft ownership is not reserved for the rich and famous.
