It's actress against actress, beauty against, well, beauty, and retro hair against, well, you guessed it—looks like gorgeous babes think alike!
First up is soon-to-be Mrs. Justin Timberlake at the 2012 ESPY Awards in a white version of the design. We've been seeing a lot of Jessica Biel in her new fave color—clearly her eye is on the wedding prize—and she paired the wedding bell skirt with a retro ponytail and Nicholas Kirkwood pumps that feature a neon yellow heel.

The floor-length white gown with micro-sequins is from South African designer Marc Bouwer's pre-fall collection, which means that, aside from a runway model, Mrs. Carter is likely the first person to be seen in it.
We love the way the cheap homecoming dresses reminds us of a long column of light. It's certainly a classier image than Beyoncé being picked up by a mechanical claw.

The next starlet to take on Dior is Scandal star Kerry Washington. Just this past Thursday, the 35-year-old was in Beverly Hills for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's 2012 Installation Luncheon and embraced the summer heat with a pink- and red-striped version. She teamed her look with a pop of magenta lips, big curls and some snooze-worthy nude heels.
We love how those bright colors highlight Kerry's stunning skin, but next to Biel's chic white the material almost looks cheap.

As soon as she, say, finishes her concert at the United Nations, a construction crane swoops down from the fly space, grabs Beyoncé by those disco shoulder grips and whisks her off to the next gig. It's genius. We bet Jay-Z has stock in the crane company.
