Why YouTube is block in Pakistan

Blocking of social media is now very common if you visits are watch news so very day you will read and see that social media websites are block in different countries. Freedom of speech can be possible in full democratic and developed countries but now theses democratic and develop countries have also blocked social media web sites which include YouTube, Facebook, twitter and others. We can take example of world champions democratic countries like USA and UK; they have also blocked the websites of social media for a short time and latter on they release blocking policy from social media websites.

While Pakistan government impose blocking policy after publishing some anti Islamic videos against holy prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) publishing of theses controversial videos creates so many problems for Pakistani government, all over the country people started demonstrations and protesting and demanding for blocking of social media web sites and especially YouTube. While Pakistan governments also request to YouTube administrations for removing all unwanted contents but they did not take it seriously and latter on Pakistani governments give orders to block all social media web sites through supreme courts of Pakistan.  

While some local issues also block YouTube and others social media web sites at different places like school, collages, university and offices. Over use of social media make compels school and offices managements to blocked social media websites. So theses misuse by some elements against others religions and cultures and over uses by students and employees block social media websites in Pakistan. But now Facebook and twitter is open for users while YouTube is still block in Pakistan but blocking policy is not remains permanent and now it can be open through different Proxy Sites. Unblock YouTube is possible trough different updates and new proxy server.
