Symptoms of trauma can differ from one individual to another depending on the severity or risk factors associated with the event so concerned. 

Regular flashbacks – Can be described as flashbacks which are experienced on a regular basis after a particular mental or physically traumatic event.

Insomnia – It is quite natural in being unable to sleep after witnessing or being a part of a traumatic incident. This happens due to the recurrence of nightmares of the said event.

Anxiety – While feeling anxious after a traumatic event is relatively common, it is often the case that such anxiousness percolates to either anxiety disorders like Post-traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD or panic attacks.
