Yes, this is absolutely true. More first-time delegates think they have to be part of the P-5-member country to win an award. But as we have already mentioned, every single country in the model United Nations conference is equal during the session. So, your word and opinion matter as much as a P5 member delegate. You don't have to be disappointed when you don't receive your allocation, and therefore do not quit working on your speech.
