Also, two people can play squash if it's a singles match while four people are required to play a doubles contest.


How Is Squash Sport Played?

Anyone can play squash. Plus, scoring squash is not so hard. However, unlike other sports, such as tennis, squash may not be a pretty easy one to grab, but if you're truly interested, you will realize it's not so abstract after all. And believe it, the benefits you get are worth all the efforts.

The main goal in squash, like other racket sports such as tennis and badminton, is to force your opponent to miss their shot for you to score points.

The game starts when one player tosses a coin or after a racket spin, in which two players or teams are positioned in opposition to one another, initiates a squash match. The winner is determined by the direction in which the racket lands after spinning). The winner could either receive or serve.

Squash players alternately strike the ball against the front wall, over the tin, and below the out line when the ball is served. If the ball lands below the out line and above the tin, it may contact either the side or back walls.

Players are free to move anywhere on the court, and the ball may only bounce once before hitting the ground. And the game continues.
