Why my Linksys Router keeps disconnecting from internet?

Click the Open button and go to Start Upgrade button to initialize the updating process. Now click Continue button and wait for some time. When updating process gets finished, perform a power cycle of the router.
  2. The second solution is to change the Linksys router wireless network name. To change SSID, go to router web-based setup page. Now click on the Wireless option and move towards Basic Wireless Settings page. For the Configuration View option, select the “Manual”. Click on SSID and change your wireless network. At last, click on “Save Settings” and save the changes.
  3. To setup security on your network, open a web browser and navigate to router's web based setup page. Type IP address of the router in the address bar and press Enter button. Now a login screen will appear and you have to enter username and password in the required fields. Click Login option and go to the main screen of setup page. Click Wireless option and go to Wireless Security sub-tab. Now go to “Configuration View” section and click on the Manual radio button. Scroll down the page and click on Wireless Security. Select security mode among them: WEP, WPA personal, WPA 2 Personal, WPA mixed mode. Finally, click on “Save Settings” button and logout from the login prompt.
