As per my experience, I am listing out the best times when you can get the sunbath for absorbing the adequate amount of Vitamin D. In any season, the best time to get the sunbath is in the morning. The first ray of the sun when it rises provides the best Vitamin D nutrient to the body. Most of the people during the winter also expose to the sun during the day time to get rid of the cold. But it is not that much beneficial like the morning one. So make sure that you are getting the rays in the morning and then take as per your requirement.

Some Other Options Available

As people remain busy all the time and most of them don't get the time to do all this stuff, so there are some alternative options for them. There are various Vitamin D supplements available in the market such as Organic Vitamin d3 5000 IU, etc. which are very rich in protein, Calcium and of course Vitamin nutrients.
