by Anshul J. Blogger & Marketing Consultant

Either you still believe in traditional dentistry or working with highly advanced dental equipment but the sterilization of an instrument is a priority task for every dentist to ensure the bacteria-free instrument while using it on other patients. It doesn’t matter which technique you are using to sterilize the dental instruments but the thing which matters is hygienes of the instruments.

In traditional dentistry, there are many techniques which were used by the dentist earlier 80’s & 90’s and that was too complicated and time consumable and required much more efforts to overcome this problem the autoclave was introduced. Dental autoclaves process the sterilization with its inbuilt features and that can be managed from the display panel. Autoclave also provide each and every function that is required for sterilization.

Types of Autoclave:

Basically, autoclaves are available in two different model first is B class and second is N class autoclave.

N Class Autoclave:

N class autoclave uses 2 steamed cycles and to generate steam it uses water, as it doesn’t contain water tank that means user need to put the water while starting the sterilization.

B Class Autoclave:

Unlike N class autoclave, B class autoclave comes with some advanced features like auto monitoring from start to end of the sterilization process. B class autoclaves use the same process like N class with one additional feature, means after two steamed cycles it uses one vacuumed cycle that is the most necessary thing in sterilization.
