When you say “Best Real Estate Developer” then I guess there are various parameters one should consider like : quality of construction, timely delivery of project, no price escalation, transparent and fair pricing, etc. etc. Now, as you know, overall real estate sector has been going through rough patch for couple of years now so everyone involved in the real estate deals (end users, investors, developers, agents) got impacted. Developers not getting money from end users thus unable to complete their projects and End users not paying as construction is not taking place. Thus, delay in projects, price escalations, perhaps compromise on quality of materials, litigations, etc. So, at some parameter or the other every other developer is struggling.

Moreover, now RERA coming into picture, buyers interests will be safeguarded and every other developer has to abide by the regulatory authority, which would bring positive move to this sector.
