Who am I - Who are You - A Poem by Vaughan Jones

I speak of my body,

So, I am not the body,

It belongs to me.

I speak of my mind,

So, I am not the mind,

It also belongs to me.

I speak of my brain,

So I am not the brain;

It also belongs to me.

Therefore - who am I?

Am I not the energy being,

Who inhabits and uses these,

The body,the mind, and the brain?

A miraculous, superior being,

An inetergral part of Reiki,

The Universal Life Force Energy.

Created to nurture and care

For Earth and mother nature,

Intended to dwell in peace and love.

Thus the true essence of ONE,

ONE Life, ONE Love, ONE Energy,

Being ONE with Life, ONE with NOW.

This poem stems from much meditation and prayer, with long periods of doubt. Seeking wisdom and knowledge of this nature takes digging deep inside one's heart and soul and facing the facts of life concerning God, Creation, evolution, eternity. And facing the possibility that if all is energy, then our "reality" is a holographic image within which we experience life.

We are all part of ONE Creation, from ONE Energy, by ONE God. ONE is All - All is ONE.
