Food:

Nowadays people are consuming a lot of things made from ghee, oil, etc. One reason for increasing heart disease is that people do not improve their food in any way. Whatever be the busyness in life, but not eating properly can be harmful to health. Drink more of green vegetables and stop sugar intake altogether.

It is very important for heart patients to take care of their health. Heart patients should keep some things in mind -

- Do not do such exercise in which the legs are up and head down.

- Walk, but do not run at all.

- Do some-antonyms and Pranayam.
