When is Sweet Good and When Is It Bad

There is a dispute - should we eat a lot of sweets or not. How bad can a candy bar be for our health? Is there a golden middle when we eat as much as we want and not worry about the blood sugar, about our weight and figure and nerves? So, today i will try to present to you my personal point of view on sweets and the different times when they are good and when they are bad, according to me, of course. 


How good a sweet bar can be?

  • Diabetes is an illness which makes the life of many harder and complicated. However, many people bring candy bars with them for the cases when they have low blood sugar rates. They start shaking and sweating when that happens. However, with the proper amount of sugar next to them, this is not that big problem. So, this is a case when the sweet can be really helpful. 
  • The blood donors also receive packs with chocolates and sweets. This is to increase their blood pressure and to make them feel better after the donation. Of course, this is a temporary solution as the quantity of blood should be regenerated from the internal organs, but till the moment when that happens, the chocolate does a great job. 


Fast energy

If you go to the gym often enough you'd know that after a training or just before one, some people eat chocolate. The reason is simple - fast energy. It allows these people to be more focused and to do more in the gym or to regenerate better after the training. 


A good example of how the sweets can be really helpful can be seen before a cleaning procedure. Imagine that you have to do the barbecue cleaning just before the summer season but you are tired of work. A piece of chocolate will help you to have the needed energy and mood. Almost any type of chocolate is suitable for the case. Once that done, grab a wired brush and clean the top of the barbecue  (tip: try not to damage the surface of the barbecue with the brush. Some grills are covered with special layers that make them pretty vulnerable to scratches, so you will have to use wooden clips when cooking). 

The tub under the barbecue should also be cleaned. According to some professional London BBQ cleaners this can only happen with a lot of soaking. The little tub is full of fat and grease which is hard to remove unless you have the needed tools and solutions. Some vinegar can be really beneficial here as it is wonderful against similar problems. You can also use dish washing soap. Pour enough very hot water and wait it for several hours, Then clean the tub well,, using the wired brush. 


After all that cleaning, you may feel a bit tired and this is when the sweets can be useful again. Eat the rest of the chocolate. It will give you just enough power to wait until the major course.


When the sweets are bad?

When they are too much. Eating to much of these things can be even dangerous if we are not moving enough. Most of them contain ingredients that are dangerous. Therefore, if we are eating them normally and we are not going too far, we will enjoy them more, will do a lot of work and will be happy about it.
