What's The Legalities Of Aff CBD Marketing?

Before I get started, I really hope this article stir interest in the accompanied title. Reason being, I'm ignorant to the potential law regarding "marketing" CBD(not Marijuana or THC)over the FCC around the physical world or digital world(depending on how far my editorial feet or reach goes).

My "gray area" of minute concern stemmed from being denied approval with quite a few various cbd affiliate programs. So that kind of raised a "digital red flag"(intuition wise)!

With that being said, without going to Google(I never small cap Google, I must really respect that camp smh)seeking research or an intelligent query, I decided to bring it to my blog readership or my "digital stretch!"

If I had to guess, regulated laws are probably corollary to the wine industry or very archaic.

I know the foreign nationalities(Salaam) that cornered the market on inner-city corner stores, selling cbd and only God knows what else, like "forty going north!"(down south slang for having no care in the world basically)

So surely, little ole Me, I should be able to try and create or increase my blog click through rate, Google Ranking and the rest...without doing any harm. On top of that, it's not in my possession nor do i partake in purchasing in bulk for resale.

Im not going to delve or elaborate too much deeper, since I've learned how to store the "editorial goodies" in my content locker for my paid subscribers or crowdfund donors since their fees help keep my data running smoothly.
