Since Delhi High Court has given a green signal to NHAI for the widening of NH-24. Indeed, its great news for the real estate businessmen as the property rates will rise exponentially. The high court has ordered widening of Delhi-UP border to Dasna stretch of NH-24. Basically, it’s a congested section of highway and there is an expansion of the portion to 14 lanes. 

After the approval, the NHAI board has started the work immediately on the 19.3 km stretch. To be very honest, completion of this project will ultimately lead to increase the prices of property in Ghaziabad along with the nearby areas of the capital.If to believe upon the media reports, one of the bidders for this project of 1600 crores was disqualified by NHAI. It was all during the process of technical bidding where bidder faced rejection from the governing body. Not only this, the work was also delayed and affected because the bidder had challenged this in Delhi high court. 

According to NHAI officials, they have the land with them for widening this stretch and the tree cuttings have also been done. This type of development will surely increase the prices of real estate Ghaziabad 2018. In fact, the buyers who have purchased properties in Ghaziabad and in other parts of Delhi-NCR earlier can make a lot out of it.
2018 witnesses public private partnership in Ghaziabad
The concerned project of widening of NH-24 has bought together the public private partnership and the chosen bidder will have the time of six months for the tie up of finances regarding this particular stretch. With this, the rates of flats in Ghaziabad will soar high financially.
December-2018- Deadline for the Project by governing body
As far as the deadline for completing this project is concerned, the PM of India has put December 2018 as the deadline to complete the project. The authorities are under pressure to complete it on time. 
In a nutshell, the entire scenario has turned out in favour to boost up rates in Ghaziabad and all other commercial and residential properties in the adjoining regions. To be very frank, it’s a good sign for both buyers as well as the sellers. So, you can expect a lot of improvement in real estate market Ghaziabad in 2018!!!
