1.     Step1- initially, you have to remove any jammed paper from the Canon printer. For that you have to pull the paper out from the sheet feeder in the direction that the paper was inserting. 2.     Step2- later on, pick any covers and lids, and wipe the roller with a soft, damp clothes. A light colored cloth will help you to identify dirt that comes off the roller. You need to gently clean the rollers with the cloths. Clean the rollers till the time no more dirt appear on the cloth. Now let the rollers to dry. 

3.     Step3- now, fan and then load fresh paper in the printer. You have to make use of dry, flat paper. Do not overfill the tray. Remove any paper that curl or is wrinkled. Load the paper so that the left edge rests against the paper guide. Now you need to set the paper guide so that it will fits the paper. You will see embossed markings on the paper tray that represent the size of the paper you are using. 

4.     Step4-at the last step, you have to try the printing job again
