Over here, the recruitment company allocates different teams of recruiters to sort and select best possible candidates. The team, which gets maximum hiring, is awarded with commission or bonus. Due to this competition in the company, these recruiters often commit severe mistakes leading to annoyed client and lack of business.

-       Check documents: often some of the freshers or newbie try to enhance their resume by adding a couple of false facts. They can even support those facts with a set of fake documents. If a client will find out about these fake documents, he will blame your company for wasting his time as well as sending candidates for final round without verifying his credentials. Therefore, make sure to check all his documents and credentials before sending him or her to the next round.

-       Skills: even though the freshers and students do not have sufficient experience in the professional field but while recruiting them for the temp staff, you should consider their skills. If they are suitable for the job or not, it will be determined with their skills. You can even take a couple of tests to find out about the skills and their capability of doing justice with the job given.

-       Mention job description: often recruitment advertisements for temp profiles do not contain any mention about the job descriptions. Make sure to mention it otherwise, it can be misleading for the candidates applying for the job. If there is, training based job, mention it so that the candidate can apply only if he or she is interested.

-        Take several test: before finalizing anyone, make sure to take several personality and skill based tests to ensure his or her capability to work with the company in their work environment.
