Upper fuser roller is also called as fuser roller, which is one of the laser printer parts to be used with fuser film sleeve that cover over it, and there is a piece of printer heating element set in such a roller to generate heat, when the paper pass through the roller, the heat is conducted by the fuser film sleeve to melt and fix the toner particle onto the paper. When the upper fuser roller working, such an action is also assisted by the lower pressure roller that is located under it to press the melted toner particle to attach tightly onto the paper.
