What Is The Nursing Information System?

The Nursing Information System (NIS) deals with the health care information system with all the aspects of nursing that is particularly used as a maintenance of the nursing record.   • They deal with the nursing functions like changing bandages and wound dressings etc.

  • They check from time to time as they are comfortable or not.

  • They take care of their water and meals and administers medications.

The Process of Nursing Health Care 

There are 5 simple steps of nursing health care:

  • Assessment: Nurses assess knowledge on a physiological and social basis.

  • Diagnosis: In this, they acquire the knowledge to understand the symptoms and signs of the patient’s recovery.

  • Planning: They do planning to monitor the patient’s health.

  • Implementation: The nurses take care of the patient's needs by documenting their progress.

  • Evaluation: They analyze the effective care plan, they plan to achieve the patients’ outcome.
