The layout and size depend on how your business operates. If you have a very big team, you will need a larger space considering the workplace and other conveniences such as parking. But if you have a small team, you will need a small place, but your average cost will be higher. The other factor is how you want to run your business, which will be decided how your teamwork. If your working environment is informal, a co-working space is your best option. If your work carries confidentiality and your team needs privacy, you should have a traditional office for lease.

Now that you have shortlisted the location and layout, it's the turn of other things like the assets or furniture used in your office space to run it efficiently, such as computers, coffee machines, etc. This will now completely depend on your office layout. In a traditional workspace, you will need to set up equipment in each cubical, but if it's a co-working space, you can set up fewer units than traditional to ensure there shouldn't be traffic due to lack of equipment.

Before renting the final space, you have selected, ensure that you know all the areas properly where you can perform any re-modelling if required and whether it is allowed before signing the documents.
