  • Eat a balanced diet - According to some studies, in which saturated fat is low but high in omega-3 fatty acids, such diets can be beneficial, such as olive and fish oil. Research also suggests that vitamin-D also provides potential benefits to a sick person.

  • Relieve stress- Stress can worsen the symptoms of your illness. Yoga, massage, meditation, and deep breathing can also help.
