•Carrot contains beta-carotene & other essential antioxidants & also certain amounts of soluble & insoluble fiber.

•The fiber that is present in them contains thick consistency & this causes the trapping the cholesterol & promotes the healthy functioning of the human body.

•Magnesium meals support the vital mechanism of the circulatory system. They are helpful by reducing the occurrence of stroke, almost by 9% & even reduce the occurrences of angina.

•Proper check must be kept on the weight of the person for the prevention of stroke.
