 To prepare the recipe, you will require 1 cupof water, half a tsp.of grounded flaxseeds, ¾ tspof grated dark chocolate, and 1 tsp. of black coffee. For preparing the beverage, add the black coffee & hot water in a cup. Upon which, mix it well! Add flaxseeds and coat it with the dark chocolate.

You can also make black seed water. Black seed promotes weight loss. As a matter of fact, black seed oil and weight loss go hand in hand. Boil the water and sprinkle some black seeds. Have the drink every day, and continue your weight loss program.
