Weight Loss and Konjac Gum

I created a plan recently to lose 30lbs in a month. To match that goal, I consulted some of my friends and dietitians. After careful research, I get a conclusion that I need to balance the calories I take and lose. That means I need to ingest less high calorie food and lose more calories.
Then I found konjac gum, a gum extracted from konjac flour which has been consumed by Chinese and Japanese for hundreds of years. I know that’s what I need, because both Chinese and Japanese are known as kind of skinny. And the fact is that konjac gum can enhance burning of fat when taking some exercises.
I have been doing exercise and taking konjac gum base food for over 1 week. It works out well. I have already lost 10 lbs. Now I have the confidence to lose 30 in a month now.
