We should speak up
From my point of view we need to be open with our fellow internet workers about the businesses we know.
It is very well to be courteous with other peoples enterprises but on the other hand we can offer a great service if we alert other affiliates of this site of the stumbling blocks you have found to stear them away.
In may case I found a few and would have been very gratful is someone with more experience had told me to keep away.
An added benefit would be to prevent so many scams because the "sharps" would have to think twice before launching so many millionaire businesses.
