According to your own school and college experience, you can easily understand that attending lectures could be a tedious task at times and students might look dull and disinterested. Its true you work hard to teach the students, but you have to look at it from the students' perspective as well.

You can turn it around by asking students to move around in the class after every one or two hours. This way students will be able to come out of tediousness and will show interest in learning further.

Assign every student some interesting tasks

Young age is the time when kids cant imagine sitting somewhere for longer time, that's why kindergarten exist. It doesn't change even after the kids get upgraded to primary school.

So, to fulfill their this hunger of doing something, you should assign them some tasks that are of their interests. These tasks could be like telling a short story, teaching other kids about his or her hobbies, etc.

Make kids to do stretching

If the kids do stretching from an early age, they will be able to achieve optimum health at the right time. It will prove beneficial for them in grooming and they will be able concentrate better while studying or doing some other tasks.

Tell them some motivational story

You must have heard the hare and tortoise story and it is quite obvious that you may have been inspired by that as well. This generation is no different and likes to learn through stories.
