The employer is then directed to the page where they fill in their requirement about their functional area & industry with employee and location details etc. and pay through the gateway per role selected. Our team then selects from our online cv database, the required data for the employer as per his specifications in the 24 hrs. if in case the cv’s received by the client is not satisfactory then the amount is credited back or refunded back to the client.

 

 

POSTPAID RESUME SEARCH OPTION: if the employer selects this mode, he/she has to first register themselves with us through the link provided on our placement agency’s website www.biodataworld.com. The employer after filling their requirement would then be directed to the page mentioning all the terms of service agreement, if the employer agrees to it, then our online cv database employees team will get back to the client with the well searched cv’s as per the clients mentioned requirements without the contact details of the cv’s within a time period of 24hrs the client can then select the resumes on the hosting page and submit with the interview schedule and the client may again file the requirement if they like. Our recruitment team will send the client the status of the candidates with their interview schedules. We would the charge you for only those candidates after a weeks’ time, which have joined the client’s organization.
