Watch The Legend of Hercules 2014 Online Megaupload We’ve been hearing about the possibility of a new Hercules movie for a while now with the first news of this project surfacing in the wake of Zack Snyder’s 300. Now six or seven years later, we actually have two competing Hercules projects in the works: one directed by Brett Ratner (and starring Dwayne Johnson) and the other directed by Renny Harlin. Personally I was pulling for the Renny Harlin version, but now that the first trailer has premiered at the New York Comic Con over the weekend, I’m not so sure I can get behind it. watch full movie

The movie stars Kellan Lutz (Twilight) as the son of Zeus, who must choose between his true love, the Princess of Crete (Gaia Weiss), and his destiny to free the land from a tyrannical ruler (Scott Adkins). It looks like a low rent Gladiator with lots of slow-mo and speed ramping but they really seem to be getting their Roman history and Greek mythology mixed up. Hercules: The Legend Begins is expected to hit theatres in March with the Brett Ratner version scheduled for July. Check out the trailer after the jump and let us know what you think.
