Watch out for Email Links
I opened my email today and saw a letter from my service provider. The subject was, "Alert: Mailbox Suspended" My first thought was, "How can my mailbox be suspended if I am looking at it?"
My second thought was, "Why send this message to a suspended email account? The person will never see it."
My suspicions were raised.
Protect yourself. Here is the email. Note the English is a little off, just a little. Note that the email was not sent to me, I am Blind Carbon Copied on the email. And note that the URL under the words earthlink. net lead to a Brazilian server, not earthlink.
