Do not accept any calls from this caller. It is my considered opinion that if you accept the call they will hack into your PC.
You MUST refuse the call,
THEN go to recent and right click on the name
select block,
when the confirm block opens
click on the report abuse box
confirm the block.
Now once this warning goes out They may read it and thus change their name somewhat. No Matter what they change to, use your common sense if they look suspicious then at a minimum block them.
here is another twenty seven words to make the minimum required to post a serious post in this, what has become a total night mare of a sight to use.

I hope everyone realizes that this is not just Skype specific. This idiot could be on every VOIP service on the internet doing the same thing. Skype is just the most widely known but almost every IM service now has some form of PC to PC voice chat available

My golden rule in Skype, do not answer messages or calls from someone not in your contact list. I also require a secret code from anyone wanting to send me a link or file. I you don't give me the secret word, I will not open a link or download anything!

Thanks BJ, I get calls all the time from Skype... A good rule of thumb is if I don't know you and you are not on my list don't expect an answer... Leave a message!! This is a good early warning and I will make sure to spread it around.
