VTExperts Launches Corrensa vTiger Google Apps

VTExperts’ Corrensa vTiger Google App allows users to manage their customer relationships from anywhere in the world.  It features many of the same capabilities as the full Corrensa vTiger Chrome extension.

VTExperts has taken many of the features found in their Corrensa vTiger Google Chrome extension and created an app that offers users the ability to manage their customer relationships no matter where they are.  The vTiger Google apps are available for Android and are free to download. 

These vTiger Google apps for business provide access to all customer data as long as the user can get a signal on their phone or has access to the internet.  This includes access to their Google/vTiger calendars, vendor information, marketing campaign plans, and tickets.  While it’s a stand-alone app rather than an extension for the Gmail app, it’s still incredibly easy to use.  The vTiger Google app has been laid out in a series of menus that users will find intuitive, plus a help function is available.

In addition to being able to view and update any customer’s data, projects, or marketing campaigns, this vTiger Gmail gadget also has a number of unique features that are not included in the main vTiger extension.  This includes real time alerts.  Users can set the app to instantly notify them when a new ticket is opened or when a new event is coming up.  To-do lists, database and calendar synchronization, and more are also available.

Users who are often out of the office or take extended business trips will find that having one of these vTiger Google apps makes handling their CRM while away from their desk much easier.  Much like Corrensa’s main Chrome extension, new features are planned.
