Vidalista - cost-effective treatment for erectile dysfunction

by Roger Davis Health Advisor
The drug Vidalista belongs to the family of phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors used to treat erectile dysfunction, commonly known as male impotence in medicine. Known as the longest acting phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor, tadalafil is the active ingredient in this medication. Due to its long duration of action, this medication is also referred to as the weekend pill and is a generic version of Cialis.

How does ED work?
In the world, many males suffer from sexual health issues. Erectile dysfunction (ED) or male impotence is one of the most common and embarrassing sexual health issues, particularly among men over 40. It is a condition in which a man cannot get or maintain erections for a long period of time, enough to engage in sexual activities. ED is unclear as to the cause; however, multiple factors contribute to it.

What causes ED?
ED can often be attributed to restricted blood flow to the penis, with a range of conditions being associated as likely causes. Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol can contribute to ED, and scientific studies have indicated that men who've undergone circumcision or are elderly with low testosterone in the body may experience chronic ED.

Treatment options for ED in men include:
  • A change in lifestyle
  • Treating the original cause or risk factor
  • The use of drugs and pharmacological therapies such as sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Tadalis, Tadalis, etc.), vardenafil (Levitra), and avanafil
  • Counseling in psychology
  • Sex therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Vacuum pumps are used
  • Surgical procedures
  • Herbal or unconventional drug use

Among all of these treatment options, doctors prefer medicines or pharmacological therapies the most. Due to their inexpensive prices and high quality, safety, and efficacy, oral anti-ED medications are widely used; especially generic oral ED medications. It is a generic version of Cialis containing Tadalafil 20 mg as its active pharmaceutical ingredient, Vidalista.

Vidalista contains Tadalafil as an active ingredient, which quickly mixes with the bloodstream and works almost instantly. It blocks the action of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5), leading to increased Nitric Oxide (NO) levels, and subsequently raising cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). These two chemicals are powerful vasodilators which dilate penile blood vessels and relax the surrounding muscles; thus, resulting in a strong erection that can be maintained for a long time. The recommended dosage is 20mg, taken with a glass of water around 20-30 minutes before sexual activity.

There are a number of mild side effects associated with Vidalista, such as headaches, vomiting, muscle pain, seizures, watery stools, sinus pain, and stomach upset or indigestion.

Women, children, teenagers, and men without ED should not use Vidalista.

To get rid of ED, use Vidalista, a medicine that is clinically proven and inexpensive.
