vastu shastra guidelines for designing a Logo or Business card

Today, people go till great lengths to avoid any misfortune and gather as much good luck as they can, especially when starting a new business venture. This fear of bad luck or misfortune has propagated the belief in the Vastu Shastra guidelines- to the extent that the business cards and business logos, too, are designed in accordance with the Shastra rules.

Consulting Vastu Shastra for every new initiative has become a very common practice. This is done to gain assurance of a problem-free future.

When designing a business card, vastu for Business is kept into mind so that the components of the card and the logo are in perfect sync, giving due importance to the effects of nature- the flow of water and air.

Here are a few guidelines to consider when designing a logo or business card:

Perfect Layout:

A perfect layout is vital to enhance the results. The logo must be placed in the top right corner, while the text should be written in the “left-to-right” form. Borders must be avoided as they interrupt the natural flow. The suggested measurements say that the height and width should not be more than 2 inches.

Basic Colours for Text:

Only basic colours should be used in the designing of the logo. The name and other information in the card should be written in basic colours like black and blue.  Colours like yellow and green are considered harmful for the business and must be avoided.

Space between Text:

An appropriate amount of space must be given between the text to make it look simple but attractive. It is important to leave proper lines and space between your name and the name of your venture. Always write your name, preceding your business name as it is considered unlucky to write your name in the end.

Colour of the Card:

White or cream are considered appropriate colours for the card. These basic colours are chosen so that the text written on the card is clearly visible and legible. Moreover, white and cream are colours denoting peace, and give a soothing effect to the eyes of the reader.

Freshly Printed Business Cards:

Avoid bulk printing of your cards. It is beneficial to get the cards printed at fixed intervals every month or fortnight so that their flow and effect with nature is maintained.

These are some basic yet vital things one should keep in mind for a successful venture.
While these guidelines are considered important by many, it is also important to put in your hard work with full sincerity, as the combination of hard work and honesty is the key to success .
