According to US import data and analytics reports, the nation imported products worth USD 2,407 billion in 2020. This showed a downfall in the value by -6.3% as compared to the year 2019 that had USD 2,568 billion value. The nation's international trade deficit in both goods and services has shown an increase and accounts for 74.4 billion dollars in March which was 70.5 dollars in February. It revealed that imports have shown much increase than the exports made by the country.

As per the US Shipment Data, the total import value from 2019-2021 was 194,590,628.
