As iCal is not directly integrated with Apple Mail.The second stage involves Export Mac Mail iCal calendar events and to-do entries. In Apple iCal, choose File>Export.

1. Open Apple iCal
2. Select the export option under the File menu select the Export option.
3. Chose the location you want the exported file to and name it.
4. Click the Export button
5. Open Outlook 2011
6. In Outlook 2011, open Outlook Calendar.
7. Select the file you had exported earlier and drag n drop the file into the Outlook Calendar.

Stage 3: Apple Mail Export MailboxAddress Book entries

The third stage involves copying your Apple Mail Export Mailbox Apple Address Book entries into Outlook.

1.       Open Apple Address Book

2.       Next select the contacts you want Apple Mail Export Mailbox Address Book and Drag n dropthe contacts to the desktop.

3. Open Outlook, and then open Outlook Contacts.
4. Now drag n drop the vCard from your desktop to Outlook contacts.

Please Note: Any groups that you might have had in your Apple Address book will be lost. Outlook will save the contacts under the same category and will not assign them any groups. This will have to be done personally.
