UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana 2017 for 960 EWS & LIG Flats at Lucknow

UP Awas Vikas Parishad taking approval of application for the allotment of flats in UPAVP Vrindavan Yojana 2017 .This scheme is only available for economical weaker section and lower income group of the society. The flats of scheme is located at Sector-13 Lucknow has around 960 flats.

Out Of total, 480 flats are available for LIG and remaining 480 are reserved for LIG category and the registration will start from 5 January 2017.

Under this scheme the carpet area for EWS category is 27.00 square meter and for LIG category is 40.00 square meter. The estimated cost of EWS flat is Rs. 11.50 lakh while for LIG unit the estimated cost is Rs. 21.25 lakh.

How to Apply:
You can apply for registration in both online and offline process. Registration under the scheme will starts from 5 January 2017 to 24 February 2017. For  Online registration, open the UPAVP official website, filled the application form. And for offline registration, purchase the application form of  Rs. 300/- from the office of UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Marg.

The scheme has also offering the features of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and for availing the benefits of PMAY applicants can directly fill application form Central Bank of India, 7 3 MG road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow. According to the eligibility of the scheme, the subsidy would be distributed to the beneficiaries after the verification.

Submitted the Completely filled application form along with the registration amount within the registration period.
